Requirements:

Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on electromagnetic theory, or equivalent experience. Prefer 3+ years working in the field of electromagnetics.

Knowledge of antenna and propagation theory. Familiarity with full wave electromagnetic simulation tools (AWR, CST, HFSS) and RF measurement methods and tools (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Anechoic Range Testing) is required.  Experience in passive and active microwave circuit design and familiarity with various components is also required. 

Background in conformal, electrically small, broadband antenna design is highly desirable. Good technical presentation, verbal and written communication skills are also highly desirable.
 
Position will require taking a project through proposal, prototyping, test and demonstration, while interacting well with customers at every phase of the project.

Ability to receive a U.S. Government security clearance is required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
